Q: Can anyone order herbs from you?
A: Anfala only sells its products to healthcare practitioners, health related businesses and students of traditional Chinese medicine. Proof of license, certification or student identification is required.
Q: If I can’t order herbs from you directly, where can I find a practitioner in my area?
A: You can call us at 941-365-9886 to find a practitioner in your area.
Q: Am I qualified to become a wholesaler?
A: To be qualified, you have to run a health related business that sells health products or service to consumers but not yourself.
Q: I'm sending a package directly to my patient; can you send me the bill?
A: Yes. We have a drop shipment service for all of our products. Your account will be charged, and the invoice will go directly to you.
Q: How do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping rate is based on the weight of the total order and/or the size of the box. Exceptions for Bing De Ling Liquid, please call us 941-365-9886 to get info for shipping. Please note that there is an additional $5.00 handling charge for all orders totaling less than $50.00 on top of the shipping charge.
Q: Will the orders be shipped out the same day?
A: Orders made before 2pm Eastern Time (Mon - Fri) will be shipped out the same day.
Q: What is the transit time for my order?
A: Generally order takes up to 3-5 business days. However, this is not a guaranteed transit time. Guaranteed transit time delivery is also available for additional cost.
Q: What is your refund/exchange policy?
A: You may return any unused items with 14 days from the invoice date for credit or refund with our prior approval by phone or writing. Returned item must be in original package with seals intact and unbroken. Products returned without original packaging, cannot be accepted and will be returned at customer’s expense. 20% restocking charge of the invoice amount will be applied to all returns after the above-specified period.
No return will be accepted after 14 days of the invoice date.
